3B Pharmaceuticals (3BP) is a leading developer of targeted molecular radiopharmaceuticals focusing on cancer indications with high medical need. The focus of our drug development programs is a theragnostic approach using diagnostic imaging to identify patients who are likely responders to radiopharmaceutical therapy.
3BP has built a unique technology platform for the efficient discovery and validation of cancer radiopharmaceuticals.
We are currently expanding our discovery and CMC activities and are looking for a Radioanalytical Specialist (m, f, d) to support these.
The Radioanalytical Specialist (RS) will be part of the interdisciplinary Radiopharmaceutical Technologies team and work in close collaboration with 3BP’s analytical as well as translational and clinical CMC experts, and interact with the Quality Assurance team. The RS will develop, qualify and validate quality control methods for our clinical development candidate compounds in order to support the Tech Transfer to and troubleshooting activities at third party labs. While this position is mainly lab-based, this includes also drafting appropriate technical documentation and potential travel. Furthermore, the RS will support our discovery activities by developing, implementing and executing routine as well as sophisticated analytical assays for the characterization of our discovery compounds. Part of the activities of the RS will be also instrument qualification and maintenance as well as the performance of radiolabelings using established protocols.
In order to fulfil this role, the RS shall be confident in communicating with multiple internal and external stakeholders and able to deal with different perspectives on requirements and priorities. The candidate will be able to inspire others and have a collaborative and open-minded style that fosters a supportive working environment for the team. Mentorship and support will be available, although the candidate should thrive with minimal direct supervision and should have a strong creative drive. A high degree of initiative, accountability and control over their own day-to-day activities is required.
Key Responsibilities
The position is based in Berlin. Home-office work can be performed occasionally in agreement with the team. In addition, the RS may be required to travel domestically and internationally to visit partners.
