Influencer Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You are part of the influencer marketing team.
• You identify, evaluate and acquire potential new brand ambassadors for our brand both in the DACH region and globally, take on budget negotiations and maintain (long-term) collaborations and relationships with our influencers.
• You create detailed campaign reports based on relevant KPIs, identify optimization potential and ensure appropriate knowledge management.
• You drive influencer marketing as a performance channel and help ensure that we continue to record growing numbers of new customers.
• You question existing structures and processes and bring in new ideas on how we can further improve our influencer marketing.
• You continuously observe and analyze the industry and bring in new approaches

YOUR BACKGROUND

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in influencer marketing (e.g. at a brand, agency or platform).
• You have successfully completed a degree in digital marketing / social media marketing / business administration with a focus on marketing / communication sciences or PR.
• Ideally, you already have relevant experience with measurable new customer acquisition in influencer marketing and in dealing with common social media platforms.
• You have initial relevant experience with budgeting social media campaigns and can deal with market prices.
• You have experience in using influencer tools, databases and analyzing KPIs
• Ideally, you have an initial network of cooperation partners, agencies and brand ambassadors.
• You have a clear ability to express yourself and it is easy for you to write authentic and high-quality texts.
• You are reliable and known for your conscientious way of working. You are also an absolute professional when it comes to organization and know how to set priorities correctly.
• Your heart beats for jewelry and fashion, you have a feel for the latest trends and are a digital native through and through.
• You are a great team player with excellent soft skills and a certain amount of humor.
• You are fluent in German at a native speaker level and English, both spoken and written.
