We are looking for a proactive and motivated working student to join our dynamic HR team as a Working Student in Recruiting. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping us to find and attract top talent to support our company's growth.
Tasks
- Candidate Sourcing: You will utilize various channels, including online job boards, social media, and university networks, to identify and engage potential candidates
- Screening and Interviewing: You will assist in the initial screening of resumes and applications, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Candidate Communication: You will be the first point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates on the status of their applications and addressing their queries
- Database Management: You will maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and efficient recruitment processes
- Job Postings: You will create and post job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring they are well-written and appealing to potential candidates
- Market Research: You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting to help implement innovative strategies
- Data Analysis: You will assist in generating recruitment metrics and reports, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency
- Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar)
- You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- You have excellent communication in German and English
- You are proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
- You are with online sourcing and social media platforms is a plus
- You have an interest in HR and talent acquisition
