Junior Marketing Manager

We are Klim, a Berlin-based clean-tech company revolutionizing climate protection by scaling regenerative agriculture in Germany and Europe.

We have launched the world’s first digital platform for regenerative agriculture, which is already being utilized by thousands of farmers. By marketing the associated climate protection services to companies, primarily in the food industry, we provide financial compensation to farmers for their regenerative practices and offer high-quality advisory services.

Supported by leading investors, including Atlantic Food Labs, Ananda Impact Ventures, and AgFunder, we are now expanding our team and seeking a Junior Marketing Manager to help us continually improve our digital product.

Tasks

As our Junior Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Marketing Team and all other teams of Klim.

Your tasks will include:

• Develop engaging and impactful content for various marketing channels, including partner communications, social media, events, email campaigns, the blog, and paid campaigns
• Manage our social media platforms and create a cohesive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement
• Monitor trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize our social media presence
• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, SEO, and email marketing
• Collaborate with our team to ensure campaigns are aligned with our brand message and marketing objectives
• Conduct research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
• Use insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our marketing efforts
• Assist in organizing and managing events, including logistics, promotion, and attendee engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Passion for sustainability and climate protection. Knowledge of regenerative agriculture is a plus
• Native German speaker, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
