Senior Product Manager m/f/x (Remote)

This is an IC role with high visibility and responsibility over a critical part of the simpleclub product: Our Discovery and Learning Tools. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be working with a team of engineers, designers and researchers to help simpleclub users find the right content and use our learning tools to aid their education journey.

Tasks

• Be a champion of customers and consistently speak to them to understand their problems
• Drive the creation of the product roadmap and goal setting for your domain aligned with business goals and high level product strategy
• Drive the execution of the complex cross-functional projects in partnership with your team
• Track and communicate progress on the goals of your team to leadership and stakeholders
• Be the go-to-expert for your product domain within the company. Practice stakeholder management by cultivating strong relationships with sales, marketing, and customer success teams, enabling them to effectively promote our product to customers
• Continuously work with your team to improve agile processes

Requirements

• Previous product management experience: Experience defining problems and working with UX Research, Design and engineering to come up with feasible solutions and driving the execution of solutions along
• Product roadmapping Experience: setting goals for the team and creating an ambitious but realistic product roadmap
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration with sales, marketing stakeholders and product leadership to identify problems and deliver the right solutions
• Ability to do research with customers to gather problems
• Ability to run data analysis using SQL is a must, familiarity with Tableau is a plus
• Previous experience working with B2B SaaS products
• Previous experience with AB testing and conducting customer interviews
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Previous Experience with agile methods and collaboration with engineer and design counterparts
• Previous experience of working with education products is a plus

💰Your salary: We 💙 transparency. We have different levels within our salary bands, and we use these levels to determine a fair salary for each range. Your salary is reviewed at least once a year.

The salary band for this role in Germany is: 70.000 - 75.000 EUR annually gross. If you live outside of Germany, we will adapt to your local market.
