Design Working Student

We are Klim, a Berlin-based clean-tech company revolutionising climate protection by scaling regenerative agriculture in Germany and Europe. We have launched the world’s first digital platform for regenerative agriculture, which is already being utilised by thousands of farmers.

As a Design Working Student at Klim, you'll have the opportunity to bring your design skills to build our platform and learn about regenerative agriculture and the growing market for sustainable carbon credits. We are looking for a person who will support the Senior Design Team in defining scalable UI patterns and wants to gain experience as a Product Designer.

Tasks

• Gain hands-on experience in product design and defining scalable UI patterns.
• You will work closely with our Senior Designers to support the creation of user-centric UI and product designs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to hand over and deliver UX improvements.
• You will be on the search for core flows improvements as well as discovering and understanding new user behaviours.

Requirements

• Strong visual background, eye for details and a passion for design.
• Knowledge about UI patterns and same experience in building design systems.
• You thrive in a collaborative team setting.
• You can use Figma to create interfaces with auto layouts and components.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
