Attention! Our Founders Team is currently looking for a versatile and committed Founders Associate (m/f/d). Become part of our management team, get involved in all relevant company questions and develop personally as well as professionally in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment! Aufgaben
- You are the "right hand" of one of our Co-Founders and work with them closely on a daily basis
- You’ll work on eye level with the whole founding team and be part of a trustful atmosphere at C-Level
- Your generalist nature and your huge interest in everything makes it easy for you to take on a variety of tasks at both an operational and strategic level
- You’ll actively support our entire management in various projects that you drive independently and take ownership for
- Your projects may span platform operations as well as biz dev, sales, product, and investor relations
- You are not scared to sub for one of the founders acting as an „interim founder“ in case of absences
Qualifikation
- You hold a Masters degree in Business, Business Information or a related field with outstanding academic success
- You have already worked in high-paced startups, consulting companies or VCs
- You like to be forced out of your comfort zone, work independently and take on responsibility quickly
- You’re flexible and like jumping from one project to another
- You are hungry to learn, want to create impact and give 100% and more
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to gain experience in leading teams
- You have a positive attitude, you like to laugh and it’s fun working with you
- You love challenging projects that you manage effectively and you don’t consider yourself too good for easy tasks at the same time
- You have very strong communication skills and are business fluent in German and in English
