Freelancer Wanted: Performance Marketing Manager for the UK market

We offer conception, creation and marketing for your digital projects. We combine creativity with performance and data. Our clients include high-end SMEs and corporations such as Allianz, Deloitte, Deutsche Telekom, ISPO, Microsoft, Messe München and NürnbergMesse.

We are continuing to grow and are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager living in the UK to work as a freelancer for a Europe-wide performance marketing project for a leading manufacturer of network technology.

Tasks

• You are responsible for the profitable sale of high-quality network technology devices to consumers in the British market
• For this, you conceptualize and manage campaigns on the main channels Meta, SEA, YouTube, Native, Display, Amazon, and/or TikTok
• You continuously analyze and optimize these campaigns in terms of targeting, core messages, and advertising materials
• Your local and cultural knowledge is critical to the success of the campaigns, including having a positive influence on the creation
• You control the channel selection and budget allocation based on the analyses and your experience
• You are in regular exchange with the project manager, clients, and your colleagues in other European countries
• You proactively advise your contacts in the agency and on the client side

Requirements

• You have a relevant education for the position and can prove it
• You have verifiable experience with top clients for at least four of the main channels (Meta, SEA, YouTube, Native, Display, Amazon, TikTok) on the agency side or as a freelancer.
• You live and work in the UK
• You are fluent in English at a native level, additional languages are a clear plus

Good to know:

The project is initially set for 3 months. During this time, the workload will be between 4h and 10h per week, depending on the number and type of distribution channels chosen. If the project is successful, it will be continued indefinitely and receive a significantly higher budget.
