Co-Founder & COO

GHARAGE Ventures is looking for a Co-Founder and COO for one of the portfolio companies which redefines the premium beverage consumer good industry. As co-founder and COO you play a key role in driving the company’s vision forward and help grow the company together with the founding team.

The company distributes in Europe following a multi-channel approach in retail, hospitality and online and is growing in each channel. The two co-founders have developed product-market-fit and are looking for passionate addition to accelerate growth.

In this role you will be in charge of growing the business, leading fundraising and setting the base for future growth and expansion. For this role we are searching for an entrepreneurial driven and exit oriented person. The package for the role therefore includes a small double-digit equity share and a fixed salary of approx. 60k EUR. The Venture is a seed stage company with an already strong brand reach in Germany and a growing footprint in Europe. In this role you will be required to travel mainly between Hamburg, Berlin and Frankfurt, so being based in one of these three cities is an advantage.

Tasks

• Drive the company’s vision and help build the company for further growth
• Develop strategies for- and lead upcoming funding rounds
• Build a network of partners to strengthen operations together with the team
• Create and implement a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the business and growth objectives
• Take responsibility for the overall financial orientation including budget and financial planning

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for Hospitality and F&B industry
• Track record of driving substantial business growth and market expansion
• Strong understanding of financial modeling and operations
• Strategic thinker with the ability and experience in fundraising
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
