The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing educational programs for healthcare professionals in the surgical field. The primary responsibility will be to drive the digital and hybrid education initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational content and experiences.
Key responsabilities & tasks:
Digital Education Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital education strategy for surgical professionals.
- Implement innovative digital learning solutions, including e-learning modules, webinars, virtual simulations, and other cutting-edge technologies.
Hybrid Education Programs:
- Design and manage hybrid education programs that combine online and in-person components for an optimal learning experience.
- Coordinate logistics for in-person training sessions, workshops, and hands-on experiences.
Curriculum Development:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and relevant curriculum materials.
- Ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices in surgical education.
Platform Management:
- Oversee the selection and management of digital platforms and tools for educational content delivery.
- Stay informed about advancements in educational technology and recommend updates or changes to improve the learning experience.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, industry partners, and educational institutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate educational programs with broader organizational goals.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality assurance measures to evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs.
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve the content and delivery methods.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for digital and hybrid education initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of educational technologies, e-learning platforms, and virtual simulations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of surgical procedures, practices, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with accreditation processes for continuing education programs is a plus.
