Your mission

Job overview:
As the Education Manager for Surgical Education Courses, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and executing educational programs that meet the evolving needs of aspiring surgeons.

Key responsabilities:

• Organisation, planning and execution of “Hands-On” courses.
• Communication with involved faculty
• Strong cooperation with Sales, Marketing, Event and production
• Ownership of P&L
• Ownership of course agenda and concept
• Creating and providing course material for the different involved stakeholders (internal & external)

Qualifications:

• Experience with surgical education
• Entrepreneurship
• Experience in project management (at least 3 years) and or comparable activities
• Affinity with the trends in digital surgical education Desirable:
