Tasks
HAVE AN IMPACT
Implementing of a marketing strategy, Administration of the the HubSpot shared contact pool, build up and establish a foundation of marketing automation tools and strategies
- You are responsible of building a shared customer contact pool and derive marketing campaigns from it
- You are accountable for executing all marketing activities (such as Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Email Marketing, Offline Marketing, Inbound Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Online Advertising, etc.) and coordinate the overview among the four organizational units
- You support internal collaboration and also serve as a sparring partner for the management
- You develop successful strategies based on customer insights, consumer trends, market analyses, and best practices
- You create marketing reports for various analytics platforms and derive actions and recommendations for future campaigns and market entry strategies
- You are in charge of the areas of E-mail Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Web Development to develop effective lead nurturing strategies
Requirements
YOUR TALENT
You have 3-5 years of work experience in a marketing agency
- You are familiar with with HubSpot (configuration and administration)
- You have at least 3 years of experience in marketing automation
- You have several years of experience in performance marketing
- You do have an extensive experience in building and executing marketing campaigns for 4 different brands within the CX Alliance
- You are proficient and secure knowledge of MS-Office
- You do have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, minimum of 5 years of Marketing experiences, preferably in a marketing agency
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
- Independent and hands-on work approach
- Highly organized, reliable, and precise work style
- Ability to multitask, numbers-oriented, budget-conscious, and goal-driven work approach
- Creative mindset and Team player
