As a signatory of the "Diversity Charter", we live diversity and are looking for a motivated Project Specialist (m/f/d) to support us in our office in the city center. Tasks

• Oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Plan and organize project tasks and schedules in accordance with Project Management standards.
• Conduct research to provide support to various teams and departments.
• Manage assigned tasks efficiently and in compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, completing tasks promptly and effectively.
• Monitor and report on project progress, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Align projects with company goals and strategies to support business priorities.
• Prepare presentations and reports to effectively communicate project status.

Requirements

• Demonstrated work experience in roles such as Project specialist or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) with a good grasp of project management tools.
• Exceptionally organized, adept at multitasking, and capable of overseeing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full proficiency in English; proficiency in German and French is highly valued/recommended.
