On behalf of our distinguished client, a prominent global financial institution, we are actively recruiting for an experienced Senior Onsite Support professional.
Tasks
- Provide IT support, answering calls, creating tickets, and coordinating with teams to resolve or escalate issues.
- Monitor IT-related cost aspects, expense, and budget requirements, ensuring proper administration and review.
- Coordinate and support IT-related activities with building services, vendors, and suppliers.
- Escalate incidents and service requests via the Bank's ticketing system to the appropriate resolver group.
- Monitor local installations and services, ensuring availability.
- Support system enhancement, development, release updates, business continuity, and disaster recovery activities.
- Ensure adherence to the Bank's standards, strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain close communication with team members and line managers, even across different branches or offices.
Requirements
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, including Windows OS, Active Directory, SCOM, and SCCM.
- Familiarity with desktop/productivity applications such as MS Office.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft underlying technologies – DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, File/Print Servers, etc.
- Ability to see problem tickets through resolution and coordinate with various teams in the fault-finding process.
- Knowledge of ITIL service delivery best practices.
- Experience working with call logging systems (ServiceNow, etc.)
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, ensuring high-level service with minimal disruption to IT systems.
- Awareness of security and compliance risks, adherence to policies and procedures, and ensuring regulatory standards are met.
