Tasks
We are looking for a Marketing Lead with a proven track record in hyper-growth organizations in the financial industry to lead the team (8+ members) and all of our marketing activities, including performance, reactivation, content, product marketing etc. to establish Timeless as a leading player in the dynamic world of collectibles investing.
Strategic Content Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy framework (such as “The Marketing Content Pyramid”) aligned with Timeless Investments' goals and audience needs and create / manage a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
Content Creation:
- Oversee the creation of engaging and high-quality content formats across multiple channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, Newsletter etc. As an active contributor, you will also be involved in copywriting to ensure content aligns with the content strategy.
Brand Voice and Narrative:
- Define and maintain a consistent brand voice and narrative, leveraging data, research, and psychology to shape content experiences tailored to our target audience.
Cross-Platform Distribution:
- Ensure content is distributed effectively across web, mobile, and social platforms, aligning with our brand philosophy and consistency.
Data-Driven Insights:
- Utilize data analysis and KPIs to monitor engagement, analyze data, and continuously refine content strategies for maximum impact.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Collectible, Product, Business Development and Design, to align content with overall brand and product strategies.
Requirements
Experienced Content Marketing Manager:
- You have a proven track record of at least 4 years of experience as a content marketing strategist, preferably in the financial industry, a portfolio of successful content campaigns and at least 2 years of experience in leadership.
Strategic Content Architect and Distributor:
- In addition to excellent writing skills, you skillfully apply strategic content frameworks to ensure a structured and effective approach to content creation and distribution across different channels with various formats (White Papers, long form content, infographics, product content, etc.)
Exceptional Storyteller:
- Your storytelling skills are top-notch, and you excel at skillfully transforming complex concepts into understandable and engaging narratives.
Bilingual Communicator:
- Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills.
Innovator:
- You are a forward-thinker, constantly seeking innovative ways to enhance our digital content strategy. This includes identifying trends, establishing new content formats, demonstrating thought leadership, and skillfully harnessing the power of AI tools to drive content optimization and audience engagement.
Data-Driven:
- You rely on (market-)data, analytics, and data visualization tools to make informed decisions and assess content performance and SEO optimization
