Senior Operations Manager - Digital start-up (m/f/x)

ServiceHero is a digital service provider that offers fast and transparent help for people and businesses with pest infestation. Through our platform, we connect certified pest control experts all over Germany with customers in need.

As part of our fast-growing startup with ambitious goals, we are looking for a Senior Operations Manager (m/f/x) to help us optimize our current processes and tools. With your B2C experience and your ability to extract action items from data, you will play an important role in helping us achieve higher conversion rates and leaner processes. Your analytical mindset helps you break down large challenges into manageable tasks.

Tasks

• Provide input to optimize the functionality of our proprietary order-processing tool
• Optimize processes and implement new strategies to increase efficiency
• Coordinate and monitor operational processes and performance to ensure the business is running smoothly
• Analyze customer feedback to keep operations current and competitive
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management and Partner Management on the implementation of new products and services

Requirements

• Degree in business administration or comparable training
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business analysis and/or operations management - mandatory
• Experience in selecting and implementing tools such as CRM
• Familiarity in working with different departments and stakeholders
• Ability to analyze and optimize complex processes
• English (fluent) and German (professional)

• Fast-paced start-up environment experience
• Digital services / eCommerce / service background The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, and is contingent upon proven, relevant experience, and demonstrated skills and accomplishments
