Praktikum/Werkstudium Founder's Associate (m/w/d)

We are looking for an intern as a Founder's Associate (f/m/x) in the business development function to join our early-stage start-up (WHU, CDTM, ex-BCG, etc.) in Munich for 3-6 months.

Jobkey is building a workforce-as-a-service platform. We aim at fundamentally overcoming the labor shortage in Europe. Our AI-enabled b2b SaaS platform matches companies with the supply side in a more transparent and efficient way. Last year, we raised a 7-digit round with renowned business angels (e.g., StepStone CEO) and family offices to accelerate growth and define a new category leader with a sustainable business model.

Aufgaben

• You will have full responsibility and ownership in executing various projects in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Business Development
• You will hypothesize and validate our go-to-market strategy, as well as iterating lean experiments to derive valuable insights from
• You will conduct analyses and prepare reports to form data-driven decisions
• You will guide the product development by identifying customer needs
• You will be working and sparring closely with the founding team on strategic and operational levels, obtaining a hands-on, early-stage exposure in building a venture

Qualifikation

• Currently studying at a renowned university and having achieved particularly great performance in the academic, extracurricular, or professional environment
• Already gained first-hand working experience in a dynamic, high-performance environment, such as fast-growing start-ups, management consulting, or investment banking
• Show enthusiasm, hands-on mentality, and willingness to go the extra mile
• Structured, analytical mindset coupled with excellent communication skills in German and English
• Driven, entrepreneurial spirit and intrinsically intrigued how a start-up works
