Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working independently in research? Then this job is just right for you. We are looking for someone who is responsible and detail-oriented for finding owners for existing locations. You are the first contact to the new owner and can therefore be an image ambassador for MD7 and our customers. Support the Landlord Management and TTWOS teams independently in your own work. We are looking to welcome a Research Specialist (m/w/d) for the German market to help make a difference in the world.

A day in the life of a successful Research Specialist can look like:

• Conducting independent research of contact data of contact persons
• Identification of different solutions
• Support for two teams (TTWOS and Landlord Management)
• From contact data research to the first presentation of MD7 as Landlord Management
• Initial contact with owner
• Ensuring delivery of new correct data
• Follow-up of necessary research work
• Target of contact data research within 1 week
• Independent management of our internal tool “LiveTrack” by conducting reports and tracking tickets

REQUIREMENTS

• Native-level German language skills and basic English fluency.
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail with a solid understanding of financial principals, terms, and concepts.
• The ability to work collaboratively across the organization to drive optimal outcomes for the business.
• Experience of search and build relationships with partners, agents, specialists, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated.
• Computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word.
