Tasks

As a Scrum Master, you will help clients navigate in complex environments and achieve their (business) goals by creating a highly collaborative learning organization.

• Lead Scrum teams in achieving higher levels of agile maturity and facilitate self-organization within the Scrum team
• Work on a team level to ensure a holistic approach to change
• Combining tools and practices from agile and classical ways of working
• Designing a training program for product owners
• Coaching managers towards agile modern leadership
• Help internal agile coaches, scrum masters, or product owners to have an impact
• Coach teams to help them apply system thinking and value-based approaches
• Help organizations gain awareness of structural environments and have less of a person-centric focus

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner preferably in a corporate environment
• A track record of hands-on experience as Scrum Master
• You have seen multiple teams and organizations
• Knowledge and experience of agile and systemic organizational development
• Deep Knowledge of KANBAN
• Awareness of popular agile anti-patterns and dysfunctions in organizations
• To be able to listen, understand and speak the language of the customer
• An interest to share your experience and learn from each other
• Fluency in English (C1/C2)
• German is nice to have
