Tasks
Content Ideation & Strategy
- Develop a holistic content strategy for use across our social media channels, CRM, paid media, and in our studios.
- Spearhead brainstorming sessions to generate unique and innovative content themes and campaigns that elevate our brand presence and align with our strategic objectives.
- Work with the founders and marketing team to create content aligned with holidays, events and promotional activities.
Content Creation
- Develop and create engaging content for our social media channels, including videos, graphics and user-generated content.
- Write the copy for our key communication channels - email marketing, social media, META ads, google ads, etc.
- Collaborate with externals and generate clear creative briefs for content and design teams.
- Jump behind the camera / phone to shoot content in our studios - also work with external creators for photo and video shoots, etc.
- Define & own content creation processes covering creative briefs, approval process, campaign/content calendars, reporting, brainstorming, etc.
Social Media Management
- Working with a working student / intern - own and operate our social channels by scheduling, posting, and analyzing content performance across platforms.

Role Requirements
- 3+ years full-time work experience as a Digital Creative, Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Track record from a creative agency or a hyper growth start-up in the consumer space.
- Passionate about content creation with a personal portfolio or presence on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, demonstrating creativity and proficiency.
- Proficient in design & content editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Final Cut Pro)
- Strong understanding of brand identity, content strategy and community building.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills with attention to detail.
- Fluent English is a must, German a plus.
