CREATIVE DIRECTOR EXPERIENTIAL (ALL GENDERS)

WHAT YOU DO

• As a Creative Director Experiential, you are a key player and responsible for the creative team with focus on experiential topics and projects.
• You bridge the gap between account management and creative work.
• You lead and develop the creatives into a strong interdisciplinary team.
• You convince and lead the client with your vast experience, visionary and disruptive approaches and challenge the zeitgeist.
• You are responsible for cross-channel development of ideas, concepts, and supervision of the implementation of brand experiences.
• As team lead, you are responsible for budget planning, client communication, briefing the creative team and achieving certain milestone

WHO YOU ARE

• You are an integrated experiential expert with a real passion for social, digital and modern marketing channel mix.
• You must have proven experience in a similar position, ideally in an agency environment.
• You have a flair for cars, innovation, tech and trends, combined with an aesthetic sensibility, good visual and spatial imagination.
• You take ownership of deliverables, managing them independently and efficiently.
• You are open to continuous learning and act proactively with your leaders.
• You are always approachable and have a good-natured service attitude, ensuring a positive working atmosphere.
• You have a healthy self-confidence and do not let yourself be intimidated or demotivated by a challenging client.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English are essential for our daily business.
