With creative promotions & strategic sponsorships we achieve successful marketing results and create new hypes and trends on Youtube, Instagram, Twitch, & TikTok.

Now we are aiming to become the number one agency in this industry and therefore we are looking for motivated team members that have passion for social media & gaming. As an Event Manager you will be responsible for comprehensive relationship management and a smooth operation of events.

Tasks

As an operations manager, you'll need to:

• Managing and defining budgets
• checking calculations and commercial contracts
• Recruiting, interviewing and hiring senior staff
• Analysing productivity data and optimising staffing and allocating resources
• Using historical records to forecast future business patterns
• Maintaining a working knowledge of their industry including challenges and opportunities in the sector
• Working closely with other heads of departments like finance, HR, sales to improve efficiency
• Creating and delivering regular presentations and reports to the teams
• Designing new processes to improve quality or increase productivity and profitability and bringing them to a speedy conversion
• responsible for creating policies to help achieve strategic goals and coordinate business operations to fulfil customer or client expectations.

Requirements

These are the skills and qualifications that you bring with you:

• significant experience in a similar role with at least five years in a senior or management position with leadership responsibilities in the agency environment
• Auditing and monitoring outputs and data analysis
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate and retain staff
• Commercial awareness and a thorough understanding of the competitive environment
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Project management skills and knowledge of methodologies
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively and delegate when appropriate
• Knowledge of industry laws and tax regulations
