Build the future with Enter.
Our mission is to decarbonize homes by making home retrofits easy and accessible for everyone! We've raised 20 Mio. € from top-tier investors like COATUE, Foundamental & Target Global to make a carbon neutral home reality. Enter allows homeowners to make the best decision regarding the energy efficiency of their homes.
We believe in:
- Working software over comprehensive documentation
- Responding to change over following a plan
- Embracing mistakes over avoiding them
- Full ownership over full control
- Simplicity and focus over completeness
We’re looking for people with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoy having the freedom to directly own and impact parts of the Enter product.
Within Enter’s analytics team your role as the BI Analyst will be crucial to plan, build and maintain the dashboards we rely on in our strategic decision making as well as to provide the adhoc analyses we need in our day to day processes. Your area of focus will be our Operational Excellence domain. As part of this role you’ll build on the foundations of our BI processes, craft and improve data models, and set the trajectory for our data-driven future.
Your mission
- Craft Business-Centric Data Models: As an integral part of Enter's analytics team, you'll feel responsible for all layers of data modeling, from raw to refined.
- KPI Blueprinting & Deployment: Ideate, define, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Operational Excellence domain in collaboration with it’s business stakeholders. In addition to defining KPIs, you'll pioneer the development and upkeep of a comprehensive KPI catalogue.
- Transform Data to Decisions: Combine the structured data models with KPIs to build and maintain expansive reports and dashboards that drive the strategic and operational business decisions in your domain.
- Elevate the Data Discourse: Help foster data literacy within Enter. By equipping teams with the knowledge and tools they need, you ensure that data isn't just consulted but conversed with.
- Hands-On Collaboration & Innovation: While you'll primarily be immersed in the world of BI, your collaboration with the data engineering team and hands-on work where possible ensures that the data models are cohesive, coherent, and capable of catering to both granular analysis and high-level insights. Your expertise will constantly bridge the gap between raw data and refined intelligence.
In this capacity, you'll be entrusted with the autonomy to innovate, drive changes, and make impactful contributions. You will take ownership for any analytics related topic within your domain. With the freedom to innovate and a team to harmonize with, your contributions as the BI Analyst will reshape how Enter perceives, processes, and proceeds with data.
Your profile
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally during a growth phase of the company/team or the strong ambition to join a growing area.
- Ideally, you have worked with operational focused business units before.
- Proven hands-on experience with BI tools and databases, especially within data warehouses like Snowflake and transformation tools like DBT. Proficiency in SQL.
- A robust track record of collaboratively developing and implementing KPIs, ensuring they remain actionable, relevant, and aligned with business needs.
- Profound analytical skills, highlighted by a history of proactively driving BI projects from conceptualization through to production.
- Expertise in creating, refining, and maintaining data models and KPI catalogues, ensuring seamless integration with business strategies.
- Stellar communication skills, paired with the talent to convey intricate data insights in a lucid and engaging manner to a diverse audience.
- A solution-centric mindset, underscored by an autonomous work ethic, enabling you to yield impactful results without incessant direction.
