Tasks
We are looking to expand our Enterprise Architecture Team in the context of our internally facing Business IT Unit, which encompasses Business Support Systems, Data Solutions and Office IT.
- Define and implement the Business IT architecture. This includes developing IT roadmaps and ensuring that IT solutions are secure and compliant.
- Design and implement IT solutions. This includes designing and deploying IT applications, especially with a focus on proper Identity & Access Management, Zero Trust Architecture and compliant configuration, and migrating existing applications to new platforms.
- Advise and consult with business and technical teams on IT-related matters. This includes providing guidance on IT architecture, security, and compliance, and helping teams to understand the benefits of new technologies.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT technologies and trends. This includes attending conferences, reading industry publications, and participating in online forums.
- Lead and mentor other architects and engineers. This includes providing technical guidance, reviewing designs, and helping to solve complex problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in enterprise architecture or a related role.
- Strong understanding of IT systems (Billing, Financial, HR-Systems etc), infrastructure, and software development.
- Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in German and English (full proficiency)
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, DevOps, and digital transformation trends.
- Industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
- Project management skills are desirable.
