Working Student Marketing Insights Manager (m/w/d)

We are seeking a highly motivated Working Student Marketing Insights Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a student passionate about marketing, analytics, and research. The successful candidate will contribute to our marketing strategies by conducting in-depth customer profiling, analyzing leads, researching market trends, and optimizing campaigns. Remote work may be possible, providing flexibility to balance work and studies.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

Customer Profiling and Lead Analysis:

1. Conduct in-depth customer profiling to understand target audiences.
2. Analyze incoming leads to identify patterns and preferences.

Competitive Research and Market Trends:

1. Stay abreast of market and industry trends.
2. Conduct competitive research to gather insights into competitors' products and expansion plans.

Lead Generation, Advertising, and Marketing Campaigns:

1. Implement a data-driven approach for demand and lead generation strategies.
2. Develop and execute marketing campaigns for lead generation.
3. Utilize insights from customer profiling and lead analysis to build, monitor, and optimize campaigns.
4. Oversee PPC, CPM, and CPA strategies for effective campaign management.
5. Maximize ROI through well-managed advertising and marketing campaigns.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

1. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing campaigns.
2. Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
3. Leverage statistical analysis skills to enhance marketing decision-making.

Website Management and Optimization:

1. Manage and optimize the website, utilizing platforms like WordPress Elementor.
2. Implement A/B testing strategies for website and campaign optimization.

Requirements

Skills:

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a university program for at least 2 more semesters.
• Fluency in either German or English at a minimum C1 level.

Detail-oriented Researcher:

• Utilize research and presentation skills for comprehensive market analysis.
• Act as a "detective" to uncover valuable insights.
• Data Analysis Proficiency:
• Experience in data and statistical analysis for informed decision-making.
• Apply analytical skills to monitor and optimize marketing performance.
• Campaign Management Expertise:
• Expertise in managing and optimizing marketing campaig.
• Branding and Website Optimization:
• Understand branding principles and apply them to marketing strategies.
• Manage and optimize the website for a seamless customer experience.
• Reporting Skills:
• Create detailed reports on campaign performance and market trends.
• Communicate insights effectively to support marketing objectives.
