Visavis is a company working in collaboration with the Diplomatic Missions, to provide front line support services to people applying for their Visas and Passports. Visavis manages Premium Visa and Passport application centres, where people can submit their application along the supporting documents and biometric data. The company also provides a wide range of services to make applying for a Visa and Passport as simple and quick as possible.
Tasks
- Check the correctness and the accuracy of the visa applications.
- Use and maintain all resources and documents provided by clients appropriately.
- Provide accurate details to the customers regarding their visa matters.
- Ensure that records keeping, and reporting requirements are maintained.
- Maintain good relationship with clients dealing with providing accurate information for queries by phone, email and in person.
- Be willing to learn and research application procedure and policies so as all visa application processing is effective and efficient.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a customer service filed.
- Excellent written and communication skills -English.
- German B2 level (written and speaking)
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent understanding and skills of MS word, MS excel.
- Details oriented
- Strong customer service skills
