As a Senior People Partner (f/m/x) you will be part of the People Partner team, which consists of 5 team members with diverse backgrounds. What you will do:

• Understanding the business objectives and priorities to derive and execute the best HR initiatives and support measures for your area of responsibility
• Proactively advise and support managers and employees in all HR matters
• Maintaining professional and competent cooperation with the specialist departments
• Implementing and managing all HR-related topics along the value chain (planning, management, development, etc.)
• Developing strategies and concepts in collaboration with managers and HR colleagues and implementing them in the respective department
• Advising and supporting our managers in personnel, development and team discussions
• Implementation of HR projects both as part of a team and independently (e.g. implementation and adaptation of global processes, remuneration concepts, etc.)
• Identifying fields of action and process optimizations for your area of responsibility

What we are looking for:

• Many years of experience in dynamic and international corporate environments
• Several years of experience as a people partner as well as in management support and consulting and implementation of people processes and projects
• Excellent communication skills and interaction with various internal stakeholders
• Experience in change management and successful support of change projects
• Strong analytical skills to define and interpret relevant KPIs and reports
• Very good knowledge of German labor and social law issues
• High digital affinity and experience in using various HR tools
• High level of organizational skills, initiative and ability to work in a team
• High sense of responsibility and active participation in complex topics
• Pleasant and confident demeanor, empathy and sensitivity
• Fluency in written and spoken English, German is a plus

Who we are:

Since 2020, we have been buying e-commerce brands, scaling them globally through our more than 100 sales channels and now we integrated more than 40 brands into our product portfolio.
