Market Entry Manager - Spanish-speaking Latin America (m/f/d)

We are seeing very strong traction from Latin America and are thus looking for someone who can enter the market and build it into one of our core markets.

Superchat is the most comprehensive messaging-suite for small and medium-sized businesses. Using our platform, businesses of all sizes can connect with customers via any channel (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and many more) and send out payment requests, collect reviews and sell products in a modern and convenient way.

Superchat raised over $19 million in capital from leading Venture Capital funds Blossom Capital and 468 Capital as well as angel investors including the founders of Trivago, Lieferando and Lovoo.

Your responsibilities:

• You help us sell into Latin America.
• You reach out to prospects to close and onboard new customers.
• You help up understand the differences of our customer ICP in the different countries in Latin America vs. our home market Germany, and thus continuously refine our messaging and product.
• You refine our sales and customer success play books to adopt our scripts and processes to the Latin American market.

Your profile:

• You have prior experience in B2B sales, ideally selling to SMEs or mid-market customers.
• You speak English fluently and are a native speaker in Portuguese or Spanish.
• You are entrepreneurial and love testing growth hacks and developing processes.
• You like getting your hands dirty and working operationally.
