Job Overview

Your Tasks

• Expanding the index offering of core Solactive equity benchmarks
• Developing custom index strategies in cooperation with our reputable, global client base
• Calculating historical performance simulations (back-testing) for new investment strategies
• Drafting index guidelines and preparing the index setup for the calculation and publication via data vendors
• Conducting market research and creating supporting documents/analysis
• Coordinating internal processes with our operations, sales and marketing teams for a successful launch

Your Profile

• Academic degree in Economics, (quantitative) Finance, Business Engineering or similar
• Affinity for capital markets
• High proficiency level in Microsoft Excel and Python is essential
• Ideally first practical experience in the index business or a comparable field
• Experience with data vendor terminals is a plus (e.g. FactSet, Reuters or Bloomberg)
• Highly motivated to work independently, and complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner
• Focused on top-quality service
• Self-confidence and team spirit
• Intercultural competence and excellent communication skills
