As our Sales Manager - International Markets (m/f/d) at Superchat, you will take your B2B sales skills to the next level, recognize potential and be the driving force behind our success. You will develop a deep understanding of our product, become part of our dynamic team and learn to apply different sales strategies as you climb the career ladder and explore new markets with us.
This is how your day could look like:
- You explore new markets for Superchat to identify potential new customers, and you play a vital role in kicking off our international expansion.
- You develop a deep understanding of our product, new updates and are always one step ahead of the competition in the market.
- You maintain ownership and win new customers for Superchat by making the first personal contact and applying the sales strategies you have learned.
- With your proactive nature and empathy, you respond to the needs of our customers, conduct product demonstrations and advise them on our latest features.
- You work with our Customer Success team to ensure customer success and gather feedback that drives the further development of our product.
- You share your ideas to set up internal processes, you share learnings and seek to optimize conversion rates.
About you:
- You are fluent in English and one additional language (e.g. Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French).
- Ideally, you already have experience in direct exchange with customers, preferably in the B2B or SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) sector (e.g. sales, customer service, human resources, event management, etc.).
- You are proactive, communicative and a team player.
