About e-Domizil:

The e-domizil company group successfully rents out primarily privately owned vacation rentals for more than 25 years. Under the "atraveo by e-domizil" brand we support the hosts of over 40,000 holiday homes in Europe in almost all aspects of the rental process. We offer both hosts and guests comprehensive services that help make the rental process easier and create positive travel experiences. In addition, our hosts benefit from our extensive online sales network and the experience of our strong community of hosts.

Your future contribution:

As e-domizils Customer Service Agent, you will be the human connection to our product and deliver effective solutions that satisfy travelers around the world. Your customer-centric mindset will help you deliver first-class customer service to our travelers and work on projects that aim at improving guest experience.

How you’ll add value:

• Provide support to private customers and travel agencies by e-mail and telephone
• Prepare property proposals for German and international customers and process follow ups
• Perform and process bookings, rebookings and cancellations using our in-house system
• Stay in regular contact with tour operators, agencies and property hosts
• Cooperate closey with the department for host support

You’ll be successful in this role if you:

• Have a true passion for providing amazing guest experiences
• Are an empathetic person with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are proactive, eager to learn and to execute innovative ideas
• Love working with people and enable eachother to succeed
• High proficiency in verbal and written German and English, any other language is a plus
• Willingness to work weekends (mostly Saturdays)
• Stress resiliance during high season
