Tasks

• With your designs and ideas, you will contribute significantly to shaping the brand image of our company.
• You are responsible for: Research, conception, design and development for Rauschmayer Group jewelry brands and internal collections, as well as for national and international external customers
• With your sense of aesthetics and technical expertise, you create design concepts, visualize ideas and graphically process design proposals
• Creation of production-ready three-dimensional data and its processing
• Constant exchange with international and international service providers on various projects (jewelry, production, POS and packaging)
• Coordination of marketing tasks (selection of jewelry for shoots and catalogs, conception for shoots, support of the shoots, creation of texts for websites and catalogs)

Requirements

• You have several years of professional experience in a comparable position (product design, jewelry design, industrial design, jewelry & object design)
• You are proficient in using the programs: Rhino, Matrix, Keyshot & Adobe Creative Cloud or have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new CAD software and new image editing programs
• As a customer-oriented professional, you are able to put yourself in the customer's shoes
• You have good powers of observation, spatial imagination and a strong sense of shape and color
• Good written and spoken German or English skills complete your profile
• Your way of working and communication is solution-oriented
• You are highly self-motivated and have a strong hands-on mentality
• You live in the area or are willing to move to the area. the position cannot be filled remotely
