Your mission
Your objective is to empower data-driven processes, translating business needs into scalable data models, allowing for fast, data-driven decisions. As a vital member of our team, you will work closely with engineers and stakeholders across various domains. Your role is pivotal in advancing the company’s self-service analytics, serving as the essential bridge between data and business.
- Data Transformation and Modelling:
- Utilize dbt expertise to refine and enhance our data infrastructure.
- Ensure data integrity through robust testing methodologies.
- Build scalable, optimized models aligned with stakeholder requirements.
- Data Analysis and Insights:
- Apply data-driven approaches for comprehensive analysis, extracting valuable insights.
- Dashboard Utilization:
- Utilize Metabase, Tableau, or similar platforms for effective data visualization.
- Data Pipeline Maintenance:
- Maintain seamless data flow through Fivetran.
- Data Warehousing:
- Design and execute cloud-based data warehouse solutions, with a focus on platforms like Snowflake.
- Web Analytics and Tracking:
- Enhance data analytics capabilities by leveraging Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
Your profile
What will make you succeed:
- Proven experience in data transformation tools, such as dbt.
- Demonstrated expertise in data modelling, including the ability to write scalable and optimized models based on stakeholder requirements.
- Proficiency in SQL for effective data manipulation.
- Skilled in utilizing data-driven approaches to conduct comprehensive data analysis and extract valuable insights.
- Familiarity with dashboard tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or similar.
- Proficient understanding of ETL/ELT processes, including familiarity with tools such as Fivetran.
- Hands-on experience in designing and executing a comprehensive cloud-based data warehouse solution, such as Snowflake.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into data needs.
- Efficient prioritization and task management skills.
Bonus Points for:
- Experience with Datadog.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as .
- Familiarity with Hubspot data.
Additional requirement:
- You are in Berlin or are willing to re-located to Berlin.
- You have a valid work permit for Germany.
