Founders Associate

We are Klim, a Berlin-based clean tech company that is revolutionizing climate protection by advancing regenerative agriculture in Germany and Europe.

We have launched the world's first digital platform for regenerative agriculture, which is already being used by thousands of farmers. By marketing the associated climate protection services to companies, primarily from the food industry, we enable farmers to receive financial compensation for regenerative measures as well as high-quality advisory services.

In order to continue to grow, we are expanding our team and are looking for a motivated Founders Associate (m/f/d).

Tasks

As a Founders Associate, you will be an essential part of our team, laying the foundation for Klim's successful growth. You will work on high-priority and interdisciplinary projects within the company, working directly with the Founders and Senior Leaders, as well as the rest of the company team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Running the project management office for our launch of the Polish activities, potentially for other European countries as well.
• Supporting daily operational tasks, designing presentations, and preparing for and follow up on important meetings with stakeholders including investors and B2B partners
• Execute on a variety of interdisciplinary projects focusing on internationalization, and support individual teams on an ad-hoc basis to create impact where it’s needed most, working cross-departmentally with our teams from Agriculture, Sales, Marketing and Tech

Requirements

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree from a top-tier university and have graduated in the top 10% of your class
• You have gathered 1-2 years of work experience preferably in management consulting (top-tier), VC, hyper-growth startups, or other highly competitive environments
• You work in an extraordinarily structured way and apply your structured approach to every task at hand
• You have excellent project management and analytical skills, are diligent and work with high attention to detail
• You have a proactive and independent working style allowing you to plan without close guidance
• You have advanced experience in Excel and PowerPoint in particular (or similar in GoogleSuite)
• You have a hands-on working style with the capacity to deliver strong results
• You are fluent in German and English, and ideally another language such as Polish or French
