Your tasks

Laboratory Management:

• Coordinate/Conduct inventorization and routine maintenance of lab equipment
• Oversee chemical inventory and safety related documentation
• Manage and maintain central cold chain storage (liquid nitrogen, ultra cold, alarm system)
• Ensure lab processes and workflows run smooth
• Coordinate cleanliness and functionality of lab- and office space and manage external suppliers
• Facilitate onboarding of new employees safety and contribute to biosafety
• Supervise biological and chemical waste disposal, first-aid cupboards, and eye/emergency shower check-ups

Facility Management:

• Coordinate the cleanliness and functionality of office spaces, overseeing external suppliers to maintain optimal working conditions
• Perform minor maintenance assignments within the office to guarantee a comfortable and productive workspace
• Manage office and lab spaces, including organization and implementation of a steadily growing office space.
• Coordinate shipments to streamline logistical processes within the company

Your profile

• Proven experience in laboratory management and maintenance with a good understanding of laboratory equipment
• Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, able to communicate efficiently
• Flexibility and adaptability to seamlessly transition between laboratory and general facility management tasks
• Good level of English and German
