Customer Service Representative with Danish (m/f/d)

You love communicating with other people and are a helpful, friendly person? Then we are looking for you as a DANISH-speaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in Berlin Kreuzberg in full- or part-time. The start date is the 15.01.2024.

Tasks

• Answering customer and business inquiries in Danish on the phone
• Help with the pre-sales and post-sales phase

Requirements

• Fluency Danish and very good knowledge of English
• Flexibility in terms of working hours
• Already knowledge of customer service
• Very good PC skills
• Valid work permit and residence in Berlin
• Willingness to work 5 times a week
