As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in exploring novel ideas, leveraging scientific insights, and medical requirements. You will play a crucial role in infusing our vision into products during the discovery and design processes, inspiring new opportunities across the entire development lifecycle. Your expertise will help us build concepts and drive mindsets that allow us to scale through automation and productivity gains.

Deine Aufgaben

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative medical solutions.
• Engage in the discovery and design phases of product development, ensuring medical accuracy and innovation.
• Contribute to scaling our operations through automation and enhancing productivity.
• Utilize your medical and technical knowledge to advance our digital health approach.

Dein Profil

• Medical degree, with clinical experience preferred.
• Robust scientific background.
• Tech-savvy, with a general understanding of databases, including basic SQL.
• Proficiency in coding (Python or R preferred).
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) is an asset.
• Exceptional conceptual thinking ability.
• Knowledge of the German and Swiss healthcare system is a strong plus.
• Knowledgeable in digital health.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
