WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead, manage and develop our Data & Insights team
- Act as a strong bridge builder between Oetker group companies on data-related matters
- Continuously develop the data strategy with Oetker group and individual group companies
- Developing and managing a competence center for data intelligence for the Oetker group
- Planning with and reporting to the Oetker Digital management (reporting line to CTO/CPO)
- Identify new data topics and data-related challenges of the Oetker group to solve
- Responsibility from Strategy to execution - be it service focused data project or data product development
Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience in leading a data unit
- Expertise: with a common cloud stack (preferred GCP); development of data products, data infrastructure, analysis & reporting systems from pitching them, to the conception (architecture) and implementation/development execution
- Communication: Clear communication to various stakeholders ranging from technical experts, top-management, and various kinds of business experts is key
- Team: Manage and further develop an existing team and projects while preparing the next steps in terms of strategy, required org structure development and further growth
- Stakeholders: Very diverse - be able to switch between technical communication, management tailored communication etc.
- Learning: The data space is fast-paced; being able to stay up-to-date on developments is key, needed capabilities have to be build up, build out and nurtured within the team, collaborating teams and the Oetker group companies we work with
- Fluent in German and English
