ABOUT VESTLANE

Today Vestlane is a platform enabling fund managers to collect binding subscriptions and onboard investors fast and compliant. With our proprietary platform, we empower fund managers to build strong relationships and offer an excellent investor experience. Our team of lawyers, developers, data scientists and compliance experts is dedicated to make investing in private markets as easy as stock investing - for GPs and LPs.

Since 2021 Vestlane has already powered investments for 5,000+ investors of 60+ different countries in 130+ funds. Our customers are leading European and multinational fund firms.

Tasks

We are looking for an exceptional VP of Marketing with passion for people and financial markets, sharing our mission to change the world of private investments.

Vestlane acts as a collaboration platform for all people involved in successful fundraisings, including lawyers, fund administrators, compliance officers, transfer agents, depositaries and other players.

You will play a pivotal role in championing and refining the marketing initiatives and be responsible for engaging and acquiring customers and partners.

As the Vice President of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance and growth marketing strategies for Vestlane. Working closely with our founders, you will be instrumental in optimizing marketing efforts to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and brand engagement.

What will keep you challenged?

  • Content Marketing: Create and manage a comprehensive content calendar that seamlessly aligns with all platforms and forms the foundation for brand campaigns, magnifying brand visibility and attracting well-qualified leads.
  • SEO Strategy: Develop and execute a robust SEO strategy to secure first-page rankings for critical keywords, substantially increasing organic traffic.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Supervise and incorporate CRM processes across the entire customer journey to ensure a unified and exceptional customer experience.
  • Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CEO to establish a comprehensive brand strategy and execute it across various touchpoints. Establish a creative team capable of generating both static and motion content to breathe life into the brand.
  • Performance Marketing Leadership: Take charge of and continuously optimize performance marketing channels such as SEM and Social to enhance website traffic and drive higher sign-up rates.
  • In-Depth Marketing Analysis: Dive into intricate datasets to extract valuable insights, crafting a comprehensive marketing strategy.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Showcase a minimum of 3-4 years of pivotal marketing roles, with a strong focus on strategy, within startup environments.
  • Extensive expertise in content, account-based, and performance marketing.
  • Extensive expertise in setting up a marketing strategy and executing marketing operations in a B2B SaaS venture.
  • Mastery of contemporary marketing tools and the ability to critique and challenge design principles.
  • Strong project management skills, proactivity, and high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated success in SEO, with tangible results in elevating rankings for key terms.
  • Hands-on experience with leading CRMs like Salesforce and analytics platforms such as SuperMetrics, PowerBi, and DataStudio is a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing at least a small team.
  • A plus if you have experience in the field of venture capital, fintech, and legal tech.
  • A keen interest in venture building who will keep up to date with the industry trends and understand the current market dynamic
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Fluent in German (spoken and written)
