Your mission
As we continue to expand, we are seeking a results-driven and innovative Head of Growth Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive user acquisition.
This role is ideal for a dynamic and ambitious marketing leader who thrives in a startup environment. You will report directly to the CMO, .
- Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute the overall growth marketing strategy aligned with company goals
- Identify new opportunities for acquiring engaged users (private users and local businesses) both on and offline
- Team Management:
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to ensure the team's success
- Cultivate a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Channel Management:
- Oversee and optimize existing marketing channels, including Search, Social and App campaigns as well as offline channels
- Stay informed about industry best practices and updates to algorithms affecting these channels and provide hands-on support for the team.
- Data analysis and reporting:
- Support channel tracking for web and app, utilize analytics tools to track and analyze channel performance
- Prepare regular reports for the executive team, highlighting insights, trends, and recommendations for improvement
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the finance team and CMO to develop and manage the marketing budget and communicate performance to the executive team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts
Your profile
- 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth
- You can see the big picture while you get your hands dirty to make it happen
- Previous experience in a startup environment or track record of launching new Marketing channels are a plus
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels such as. SEO, SEA, social media, mobile app advertising, native and affiliate
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Basic German language skills are a prerequisite, fluent German skills a plus
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, MINT or a related field
