AF Global Trading & Consulting GmbH is part of Lipsky Invest GmbH and we
develop, distribute and scale international consumer brands. Our scalable infrastructure and profitable business model ensure strong growth. Our products are sold through various online channels, directly to the end consumer, primarily through online marketplaces such as Amazon.
Our brands are in the categories of bathroom, body care and kitchen, hosting & enjoyment. Our first brand HOMERELLA is a success story, two other brands, BUBBLZZZ & OH MY CUCINA, have been successfully registered, the first products have been sourced and now we are looking for the right team to grow even faster together!

Could you picture yourself in our team?
We are looking for a Graphic (UX) Designer Ecommerce (m/f/d) to complement our young team and grow with us to the next level. 100% remote is possible, for the locals: We work in a stylish office in a colorful start-up complex with other entrepreneurs, consultants and agencies in the heart of Hamburg Barmbek-Süd, right on the "Hamburger Meile" and the Eilbek Canal.
Tasks
- Be responsible for a wide spectrum of visual creatives for our marketing and sales channels for all our brands
- Independently guide clients and create high-quality, converting, visually appealing content along the customer journey
- Grasp our audiences needs, nail buying intention and solve problems
- You understand the power of concept, user experience and storytelling: You develop the ideas and you can bring it to life with impeccable taste and designaesthetics
- Elevate and finetune our brands CI and style guides
- Generate a variety of visual elements including: product images, the design of product packaging, lifestyle composings, motion graphics, videos, icons, and illustrations.
- Create, test, monitor, and continually optimize the content for existing and new products in all channels to drive traffic and sales.
- Create landing pages as destinations for performance and CRM campaigns
- Provide hands-on support to the team by contributing to the design process
- Ensure graphic implementation with consideration of SEO and conversion rate as a key performance indicators
- Take on the conceptualization and strategic derivation of an e-commerce customer journey
- You will stay updated on the latest visual design trends and incorporate relevant trends into current design processes
Requirements
- Ideally, you have a successfully completed degree with a focus on design, as well as a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience as a Visual Designer ideally with a strong focus on creating ecommerce content for beauty, fashion and/ or other premium brands
- Furthermore, you have excellent proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe CC (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of video editing software such as After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar tools
- You understand the power of concept and storytelling: You know a big idea when you see one and can bring it to life with impeccable taste and a razor-sharp attention to detail across a broad spectrum of brand (e-commerce) experiences
- You find joy in conceptual work and easily navigate through graphic projects from A to Z, such as building brandstores, create conversion optimized listings from scratch and edit eye catching video content
- You show initiative, possess good project management skills, and take ownership of your projects
- Fluent English with excellent written, communication, and presentation skills. German would be helpful.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment while maintaining attention to detail.
