THE TEAM

The Zattoo Finance Team combines years of experience along with a high degree of responsibility and professionalism. We are currently six people taking care of accounting, controlling, taxes, insurance and various processes centrally for the Zattoo companies in Switzerland, Germany and the US.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Month-end close accounting, including Balance Sheet Reconciliation and P&L Review
• Statutory accounting, including supporting the external audits
• Assist with preparing the monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting to the TX Group, our majority shareholder
• Prepare direct and indirect tax filings ( eg. VAT Declarations for different countries, such as Switzerland, Austria, Germany)
• Bookkeeping tasks including General Ledger (accruals, depreciation, intercompany), Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, employee expenses and banking (bank postings and bank reconciliations)
• Support the development of process and systems enhancements
• Participation in ad-hoc projects

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Qualified Accountant or equivalent education in accounting
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting required
• Fluency in verbal and written English and German
• Experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365 preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Team player with great interpersonal skills
• Proactive and independent working style
• A track record for delivering high-quality work
