Tasks
- Evaluate current internal processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceive, design and implement streamlined workflows that enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies and frameworks to ensure the scalability of operations in alignment with company growth objectives.
- Analyze data and metrics to drive informed decision-making for process optimization, ensuring smooth operation of enhanced workflows.
- Contribute to the documentation of best practices and standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and clarity in processes, fostering effective operations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master`s degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or related fields
- Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with a solid technical grasp of IoT and Digitalization concepts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
- Customer-centric mindset and the ability to cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Previous experience in client-facing roles, ideally within a B2B SaaS startup, with a preference for exposure to public transport or vehicle maintenance domains is a plus
