We are currently looking for a motivated (Junior) Social Media Manager (m/f/d). In our Communications Unit, you will work together with an interdisciplinary team of consultants, designers and copywriters on several client projects close to the action, primarily in the public sector. We believe in young talents and rapid development through responsibility.
You are passionate about social media, love digital strategies and enjoy developing creative formats. You are enthusiastic about stories and the latest Instagram trends, and you can identify which brands produce truly excellent content. You follow the trends in social media networks, know the latest features and are interested in how companies communicate in a user-friendly, data-driven and target group-specific way.

- You will be responsible for the strategic planning and creation of digital content (including moving images).
- You will work closely in an interdisciplinary team to constantly optimize the strategy for different target groups. This also includes researching and introducing new digital tools.
- You write and produce creative content (text, image & video).
- You track down new trends in the social media environment and implement them directly for your clients.
- You are responsible for the daily management of the social media presence (community management, content updates, research and planning).
- You are responsible for both monitoring and evaluation.
Your profile
- You already have professional experience in the social media world.
- You are interested in topics related to digitalization and innovation and are familiar with the international digital market, from companies to start-ups.
- You have already professional experience in a start-up and/or agency.
- You speak German at native level and are also fluent in English.
- Digital is not just a medium for you, but part of everyday life.
- You are creative, have a feel for social media trends and have outstanding storytelling skills.
- You have a talent for coordination and organization.
- You are passionate about moving images and have an eye for the perfect imagery, aesthetics and design, and know which marketing strategies are to be used on which platform.
- You have a very good sense of language and find a good balance between information and entertainment.
- You can also present and explain your ideas to customers in an attractive way.
