Join our team as IT Operations Manager (gn) and bring our internal technological infrastructure to the next level.
Tasks
The IT Operations Manager (gn) at Cybus oversees and optimizes the technological infrastructure, ensuring seamless functionality and efficiency to support the organization's overall business objectives.
- You are responsible to develop structures within and above all departments for scalable growth. Based on the status quo you create processes, standards and implement software tools. During the process life cycle you constantly aim to improve and ensure the correct usage and bringing our processes to the next level of growth.
- You are the face of Cybus towards different service providers. You lead licensing agreements, third party provider process integration and coordination with other developments. You manage the access control of Cybus software tools to ensure data privacy.
- You prioritize and solve your colleagues´ IT support requests
- You are responsible for procurement, implementation and maintenance of technology like computers, peripherals, multimedia devices, software and specific tools for individual teams
Requirements
Qualification
- Skills in designing and maintaining efficient IT infrastructure across operating systems and cloud infrastructure, both Hardware and Software
- Expertise in prompt and effective troubleshooting.
- Strong collaborative communication across departments and functions
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles to ensure the integrity and security of IT systems and data.
Bonus points for
- Proficiency in project management methodologies to oversee and execute IT projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in effectively managing relationships with IT vendors to ensure quality service and cost-effective solutions.
