What is Primal State?

Hey, we are Primal State - a young, fast-growing health & well aging company from Berlin. Glow25 is now another very successful brand in the Primal family - a collagen company that is setting new standards in the well aging market. We have made it our mission to give people a vital and invigorating start to the day with high-quality nutritional supplements.

This is where we need your support:

In fluent French and English, you will take over the customer support for our community:

• Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and messenger tools
• Assisting with the order process
• Handling returns
• Processing customer reviews
• If necessary, supporting the German-speaking support team

You have the following experience:

• Fluent in both French and English, both spoken and written (additional proficiency in Dutch, Spain and other languages is desirable).
• Possess an affinity for software and a quick understanding.
