Join our team of Relationship Managers and become part of an impactful and dynamic environment. Our team plays a central role at Raisin, responsible for fostering partnerships with our platforms’ partner banks.

As a Relationship Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving Raisin's growth across Europe and the UK. Your primary mission is to cultivate and oversee daily interactions with Raisin's partner banks, and to lead or support managing key accounts. Beyond that, you'll spearhead the launch of new products, integration of new banks into Raisin's and our B2B partners' marketplaces, and improving their technical integration with us to ensure scalability and the growth of the banks’ assets under management and ultimately the Raisin platform.

With our far-reaching impact and diverse stakeholders, we have a comprehensive view of platform-wide evolutions, and others depend on your ability to communicate these changes and their broader implications. We are ultimately accountable for owning and managing our key relationships and accounts, taking direct responsibility for the performance and reporting of those accounts and bringing new savings products to the consumer market.

To excel in this role, you should be adept at managing senior stakeholders, both internally and externally. We’re a high growth fintech business, so the ability to work on multiple relationships and ad-hoc projects concurrently is key.

  • Developing a solid understanding of our banks’ requirements and helping our partner banks succeed on the Raisin platform, working closely with our marketing and distribution teams
  • Reporting on the progress of relationships and projects to internal stakeholders and using respective tools
  • Supporting the wider RM team with special projects and new product launches as and when required
  • Working with the wider Raisin teams on key projects as and when required
  • Ensuring product information and documentation is up to date and maintained within our systems

Your Profile

  • At least 1 to 2 years proven track record of managing relationships in financial services, banking or high growth start-up environments
  • Excellent English and French is essential, additional language skills (esp. Italian, German) are a plus
  • An undergraduate degree (finance-related is preferred)
  • Constant desire to learn - we offer multiple trainings / training budget to support you
  • Ability to be hands on in a high pressure environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
