Aufgaben

For our headquarter in Berlin-Tempelhof we are looking for responsible and committed employees for the position Expansion Manager.

As an expansion manager, you will prepare location and potential analyses within our expansion area.

You acquire suitable locations and take over the negotiations for the necessary contracts.

You maintain contact with developers, brokers, investors and other decision-makers.

You always keep a close eye on our expansion goals and plan them.

Qualifikation

What you bring with you

• Ideally, you have a degree in business administration or real estate management or have a comparable qualification
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• When it comes to construction, planning and lease law, no one can fool you
• You have an affinity for the hospitality industry
• Your negotiating skills and your communication skills are what make you stand out
• You communicate in English and German without any problem
