Tasks
Your tasks include
- You will have the opportunity to work within the German and Spanish markets, providing valuable services.
- Providing telephone consultation and support to customers at every stage of the hotel booking process.
- Independently managing customer requests and bookings via email, in addition to handling associated administrative tasks.
- Collecting and maintaining customer data meticulously to ensure accurate records.
- Actively participating in the ongoing enhancement of our internal processes.
- Leadership the customer support team.
Requirements
What you bring
- Commercial training or equivalent qualifications.
- A professional and friendly telephone manner when interacting with our rental car customers. Prior experience in dialog marketing or a related field within the tourism industry is an advantage.
- Structured way of working, with strong sociability and customer orientation as well as enjoyment of advisory services.
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a team, flexibility, and a strong sense of personal responsibility to achieve measurable results quickly.
- Proficiency in business-level German, Spanish, and English, both written and spoken communication.
