Aufgaben

• Lead technical liaison for one or more KD Pharma/KD Nutra nutritional ingredient product line(s) interfacing approximately 70 % internally and 30 % external customers, suppliers, and partners globally
• Coordination of product design, quality, manufacturing, and regulatory efforts for nutritional ingredient product lines between all relevant departments across all companies of KD Pharma Group
• Collaboration with product development for new ingredients and derivatives
• Support supply chain/manufacturing team in supplier qualification and technical
  documentation, aids in planning and manufacturing prioritization to meet market needs for ingredient production
• Interface with internal operations, regulatory, quality unit and IP teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product quality statements, specifications, documentation and supports to resolve quality investigations /non-conformances from a technical aspect
• Regularly surveys competition for technical differences, provides input to sales/marketing teams on key technical advantages/disadvantages for ingredients, technical market trends,
  threats, or new/novel opportunities
• Supports Marketing to ensure that customer/external facing sales and marketing collateral are accurate and technically correct with respect to ingredients

Qualifikation

• Bachelor’s degree in a physical science such as food science, chemistry, biochemistry, engineering, among others. Master’s degree is preferred but not required
• Practical experience in working in a food/pet food/pharma/dietary supplement
  manufacturing business is required, especially experience with the animal and human nutrition and/or dietary supplements industry in the USA, EU, or globally
• Flexible project management skills required – ability to multi-task on rapidly changing projects with shifting goals and milestones is a requirement
• Detail-oriented – must exacting in respect to authoring and proofing complex technical documentation for products
• Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and curious about nutrition and dietary supplement
  products and ingredients
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across geographies and cultures is required- Fluent in English and German, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
